Congratulations to Canyon Gate's Award Winners!
Canyon Gate Real Estate presents four awards annually for which all employees are eligible. The winners receive a plaque, gift card and special office perks such as designated parking spaces.
The awards are as follows:
- Customer Service Award
The employee provides a consistently high level of Customer Service to all Boards, Homeowners, Vendors, etc. in all interactions
- Innovation Award
The employee consistently comes up with new and efficient processes and procedures, recommends and implements new revenue streams for the company, increases business and/or decreases costs
- Leadership Award
The employee demonstrates a high level of leadership abilities and fosters others to be team players
- Star Performer of the Year Award
The employees' performance encompasses all attributes necessary for the Customer Service, Innovation and Leadership awards
Canyon Gate Real Estate's 2009 award winners are:
- De Epling - Customer Service Award
- Terry Barker - Innovation Award
- Brandy Marr - Leadership Award
- Keshia Keller - Star Performer of the Year Award
