As President of Canyon Gate Real Estate Services, Mrs. McLaughlin is responsible for the operation of the company. Under her leadership, the company continues to grow and prosper through New Mexico, and has assembled a seasoned team of industry professionals to serve Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho and the surrounding areas.

Mrs. McLaughlin is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and received her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) accreditation in 2005. She currently serves as the President of the NM Chapter of CAI. She has directly managed a wide variety of associations in the Albuquerque area as well as provided consulting services to many of the top builders and developers in NM.

Kim Corcoran, CMCA®, AMS® - Vice President of Operations

Ms. Corcoran has been with Canyon Gate for over three years and serves as the Vice President. Along with supervising all facets of the management division, she maintains an extensive portfolio with communities ranging from 20 homes to 3,500. Kim has earned the CMCA and AMS designations and is an active member of CAI and currently serves as the Chapter Executive Director for the CAI – New Mexico Chapter in Organization. Her commitment to continuing education and professional advancement is a great asset to her communities and Canyon Gate.

Kim grew up in Ohio and moved to Albuquerque in 2005. Kim obtained her bachelors degree from Wright State University, Dayton OH.

Evelyn Saavedra, CMCA®, AMS® - Director of Business Development

Ms. Saavedra is an award winning property manager with extensive experience in management, training and development, and leadership. Her professional background includes several facets of property management including development of new community associations, management of master planned communities, communities with land leases, condominiums, lofts, and town home projects and management of a property management team for single- family homes and multi-family homes. She possesses excellent skills in problem analyzing and resolution. An outgoing, organized, creative self-starter, Ms. Saavedra possesses a strong work ethic.

She currently holds the national CMCA designation in community management from the Community Association Institute and is a honored member of Cambridge Who’s Who.

DeAnn Epling - Director of Administration

Ms. Epling has over 20 years of Administrative and Customer Service experience in the manufacturing, printing, architectural and food processing industries. Upon her relocation to New Mexico almost 2 years ago, De’s goal was to secure a position with a firm committed to excellence in service and she feels confident that she has found this in her liaison with Associa/Canyon Gate.
